Join muse Nicole Pozos and fashion designer Anabella Bergero for an exclusive walk-through of Bergero’s exhibition Heart of Community at the Faena Art Project Room in Miami Beach. Born in Argentina, raised in Mexico, and a self proclaimed nomad at heart, Bergero brings a multidisciplinary approach to fashion, art, and design, exploring concepts of identity, culture, and gender. This immersive exhibition is not just any art show; it is also a hub for community engagement, workshops, and a shared creative space for cultural exchange centered around questions of Latinidad and Latin American pop visual culture.
In the spirit of community that lies at the heart of Bergero’s practice, the tour and conversation will be followed by a meditation by the ocean to reflect and engage further with her art and its mission.
Admission to this event is open to everyone, though a suggested donation to Art Muse’s non-profit Art Muse Academy is encouraged. Art Muse Academy is dedicated to access in the arts and provides meaningful access to art for all audiences in order to train professional art historians, artists, & educators to facilitate exceptional experiences of artwork.
Together with Tim Walker: Wonderful Things at the Getty Center, Heart of Community offers a dialogue on fashion that spans coast to coast.
